Meet Ollie and Winnie

Every writer needs a good editor—and mine happen to be covered in fur. Ollie, our spirited Chihuahua rescue, keeps a watchful eye (and ear) on everything from the mailman to my latest manuscript, while Winnie, our regal rescue cat, prefers to supervise from a sun-drenched windowsill. With big personalities and even bigger hearts, these two are the soul of our home—offering comic relief, warm companionship, and just enough mischief to keep life interesting. Whether they're curled up beside me while I write or staging dramatic face-offs over a patch of sunlight, Ollie and Winnie remind me daily of the beauty in second chances and the joy of unexpected friendships.
