Sister Agatha is Back! You can join her journey with new friends on November 17.

I am so excited about my newest Sister Agatha and Father Selwyn Mystery! It releases on November 17. I have titled the book Abide With Me, an old hymn (and a favorite of mine) from the Anglican hymnbook.

I especially enjoyed writing this third book because it is centered around the season of Epiphany. Being a pastor myself, I mark time by the liturgical calendar—Advent to Christmastide to Epiphany to Lent….you get the point. I have always especially loved Epiphany. The long darkness of Advent is ended, the Christ child has come, and the star rises. How much better can it get?

When I wrote the book, I found myself as wrapped up in the side plots as the main story arc. A few life changing events happen to the nuns, but none less important than what happens to Sister Agatha and to Bartimaus, the blind Shetland pony.

All in all, it was great fun to write and I hope everyone who reads it has the same satisfying journey that I did.

Release date is November 17! Available for preorder now.

In April of 2018 I wrote "Why Priests, Rabbis, Nuns, and Reverends Solve So Many Crimes". If you never saw it then, you can still read about my favorite 10 great clerical sleuths on Crime Reads.
